Hello Sherisa,

Thanks...It did interest me. As much for how Ira and TAL handled it as anything else. I've loved that show since the day it came out and I was disappointed.

However, the other interesting thing about this story is Mr. Daisey, story teller that he is, didn't need to embellish for dramatic effect. The truth about the conditions for Foxconn employees was known before his show to anyone who cared enough about Apple products to read their annual report on supply chain practices.

Nevertheless, The thing TAL and Mike Daisey accomplished is awareness and unparalleled changes are finally happening for the workers. For that, we should all be thankful.

Better late than never for me to comment...but well said. And I'm actually glad when secular views are voiced. There is a backlash going on towards so called "atheists" in this country (you're now labeled this if you disagree with almost any religion by many people, even though many non-believers would rather not use the term). Atheists are gaining a louder voice, and publicly voicing their views across a number of different mediums. The religious minded have been doing this for years, and most that didn't agree had to hide away in the corner. Many see the religious speaking out today and are quick to comment about the church actually gaining in popularity, but I see it as just the opposite. People that disagree with religious practices are feeling more comfortable to voice it, and hence the more heated conversations out there. If you speak out, you're labeled as inconsiderate and intolerant ...and often times just ignorant by the religious community. I'm glad there are more and more people that know this is not the case and its actually a well informed decision and choice. I know you're article wasn't necessarily "against" religion in general, but it encourages people to not be afraid to question what they have been indoctrinated with and spreads knowledge by facts, not superstition. It's always good to see.

I thought it might interest you and your readers to know that Ira Glass publicly apologized for the failure of this American LIfe to fact check this story. In fact, it appears that the supposed journalist greatly enhanced the research for dramatic effect but not so much for accuracy.

Time has not damaged this tome; it remains a sometimes harrowing, sometimes absorbing, sometimes frustrating, sometimes moving look into a mind in a state of disarray.

Now, what we need is a way to apply the same tactic to our own tweets, i.e. create a "push" list series instead of a pull, and define which followers are grouped (not mutually exclusive) into different list and then have radio boxes for each list, including 'select all'... You wanna buy twitter? I've got like $1.5K
