When the Wharton School engaged my team at ISITE Design the initial ask was to redesign and re-platform their existing website on the Sitecore content management system. However, because the incredibly talented marketing team at Wharton Executive Education was ready for real digital transformation, we were given the opportunity to precede design with a deep strategy phase. As a result of our shared insight and recommendations coming out of the strategy engagement, that one-off design and development project turned into one of ISITE Design’s most valuable long-term, strategic partnerships.
During the strategy engagement we worked closely with sales and marketing, as well as line of business owners and customers, to fully understand the customer journey from lead acquisition to enrolled participant in this world class executive education experience. We also worked with the team to fully understand the institute’s position in the market of Ivy League business schools.
